Description

Circa 1779. Old Talbott Tavern is the oldest continuously operating "western" stagecoach inn in America. The stone building is filled with antiques, and there are murals painted by King Philippe of France and his entourage. If you look closely, you'll find bullet holes left by Jesse James. There are five guest rooms, including two suites. In addition to the unusual Kentucky Bourbon Bar and gift shop, the inn's full service restaurant offers five dining/meeting rooms, popular for group bookings as well as business and special occasion dining.
