Cancellation: Cancellation Policy: 90% of the gross lodging will be refunded if notice of cancellation is more than:
• 30 days prior to arrival for all short term rents for time periods other than Christmas and New Years
• October 1st of current year for Christmas and New Year’s rentals
• 120 days prior to arrival for all reservations of 30 days or longer
