Policies Minimum Stay Requirements: 2 night Cancellation: 50% deposit taken at booking. If for any reason you need to cancel, you can do so up to 61 days before your arrival date for a full refund minus a $75 processing fee. Between 31 and 60 days before the reservation, you may reclaim 50% of your deposit (after the $75 cancellation fee). If you cancel less than a month away from your reservation date, we will have to charge for the entire reservation amount. The exception is if we manage to re-let the room for your dates, in which case we will hold only the $75 cancellation fee. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
