Description

Circa 1790. A classic New England village, tall maple trees, and a meandering stream define this inn. Rent the entire house or a single room as a bed and breakfast. The five guest rooms are free of telephones and televisions to ensure rest and comfort. Furry friends are welcome and a pet daycare is next door for when you go sightseeing. Take time each morning to enjoy a breakfast entrée, muffins, fruit, and gourmet coffee. The bed and breakfast has had a long history as an inn and it is rumored that the spirit of one of the original caretakers still roams the halls. Take a short walk to restaurants, shops, and museums in the charming small town. The ski slopes at Mount Sunapee are 15 minutes away. Celebrate the ability to communicate over long distances at the New Hampshire Telephone Museum.
