Cancellation: a 50% deposit is due within a week of making the reservation with the balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to arrival may result in a loss of 50% of the reserved revenue, less than 72 hours prior to arrival 100%; in either case if the rooms can be reserved for someone else at the same revenue a full refund would be given.
