Completely restored, this Lancaster County B&B is a pre-Victorian mansion adorning more than 17 partially wooded acres in a private historic park that boasts one-quarter mile of Conestoga River frontage. Rocky Springs Bed and Breakfast is two miles from downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania and offers refreshing hospitality. There are numerous common rooms. One of the two sitting rooms has a vintage baby grand piano and the Oasis Room is a classic conservatory. Watch TV in the library or read in the fireplace nook. A guest kitchen is stocked with snacks and beverages available anytime. Spacious guest rooms are comfortable yet luxurious. Stay in the romantic Rocky Springs Cottage with a jetted spa tub for two, fireplace and patio.
