Policies
Cancellation: A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation to guarantee the reservation. The remaining 50% is due upon check-in. Cancellation notice is required 14 days prior to arrival (a 30 day cancellation is required for all cottages during Summer, Fall & Holiday periods) or this deposit will be forfeited in full. Sorry, we cannot provide a refund for early departures.
Pets: Pets Allowed, One dog under 50 lbs is permitted per room (excluding the Governor Aiken Room, Gazebo Room, and Lakeview cottage) or Lakefront cottage subject to approval when booking reservation. A $30.00++ per night service fee applies.
