Minimum Stay Requirements: Two-night minimum for Octoberfest (first four weekends in October). Cancellation: $15/night/room non-refundable registration fee which applies toward the room bill. May cancel up to two weeks from the arrival date and only the registration is charged. Less than two weeks from arrival date, no charges will apply if the room is booked, otherwise the entire amount will be charged. May reschedule dates once without penalty if greater than one week from arrival. Smoking: Limited.
