Minimum Stay Requirements: 2 night minimum (Fri./Sat. or Sat./Sun.) on 3-day holiday weekends. Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your reservation, notify via e-mail, fax, or letter. Phone if you do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours - otherwise your reservation will remain in effect and you will be charged. All cancellations: 1) are subject to a $20 booking fee (charged to your credit card); 2) require written notification and; 3) will be confirmed in writing within 24 hours. Cancellation of bookings for 1 or 2 rooms for 1 or 2 nights require at least 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival. Cancellation of 3 or more nights or 3 or more rooms require 30 days advance notice. Late cancellations will be eligible for a refund only if rooms can be rebooked. Smoking: Outside Only.
