The four guest rooms are decorated with local themes and are available year-round. The centerpiece of the home is a stained glass window designed and built by Carol's late husband. Visitors are treated to a breakfast of Alaskan specialties including reindeer sausage, sourdough waffles with wild berry toppings, and homemade Danish bear paws. Big Bear is happy to accommodate special dietary requests and is smoke, pet, and fragrance free. Guests can wander through the garden of flowers, vegetables, and berries, or sit by the fish pond with its soothing waterfall.
