Policies
Cancellation: Cancellations or changes must be made in writing 60 days in advance of stay for refund. $40.00 administration fee applies on all cancellations. 1st night's deposit is taken at the time of reservation and guarantees the entire stay. Up to a 25% deposit is taken for summer reservations. Peak Season: Minimum 2-night stay in Harbor View, Penthouse, Villa King and Villa Suite Rooms (some exceptions). Minimum 3-night stay in Grand Suite (some exceptions). We do not provide a full breakfast, however during peak season
(May-September) we do offer oatmeal, pastries, juice, coffee, tea & hot
chocolate as well as afternoon cheese, beverage tastings and snacks.
