Description
Circa 1909. Meticulously restored, Sunnyland Bed & Breakfast is a three-story brick Queen Anne B&B in Garden City, Kansas. It reflects a Victorian beauty and historical significance. Where possible, innkeepers Fred and Kathryn Askin have salvaged the original fixtures and oak woodwork to preserve the home's heritage and have paid tribute to its past with portraits of the original owners. The ballroom on the third floor is an ideal venue for a tea party or a shower. Guest rooms feature period furnishings and have been updated with cable television, hairdryers, magazines, toiletries and access to the wrap-around porch. One room has a clawfoot tub and another spacious room boasts a shower and a Jacuzzi. A gourmet multi-course breakfast is thoughtfully prepared by the innkeepers and served in the inviting dining room.Location: City/Urban.
