Description
Circa 1745. The Black Bass Hotel is located on the River Road north of New Hope. In its early days, the innkeepers were of Tory persuasion and attracted a Loyalist clientele. Today, the hotel is noted for its excellent cuisine. Electrified oil and tin lamps and railroader's lanterns are displayed, along with a collection of British Royal Family memorabilia. Guest rooms are furnished with 18th and 19th-century antiques.
