Circa 1885. �Experience the heart of the Finger Lakes Region. This historic stately Second Empire Victorian on five peaceful acres, located only 1.5 miles from the north end of Canandaigua Lake, provides five guest rooms or suites which feature romantic gas fireplaces and private baths, some with whirlpool tubs and chandeliers. Enjoy our elegant yet comfortable Victorian Parlor or relax on one of our patios after you have toured the wineries and breweries, museums, antique centers or enjoyed outdoor events. Included with your stay is a grand three-course gourmet breakfast with fresh house-made baked goods. There are many amenities for guests, as well as complimentary hot and cold beverages and snacks available at all times. We are uniquely situated to accommodate a small boat whose guests trailer their vessel or sporting vehicles, as well as secure storage for bicycles and outdoor activities on our grounds. Room DetailParker House Suite
 Be treated like royalty in this spacious suite decorated in red and gold. Enjoy a luxurious king size bed while you gaze at the full size gas fireplace. Rest in the comfortable armchairs while you sip your tea or compose your day�s adventures at the writing desk. In the next room, relax in the double whirlpool tub while you soak under the chandelier (bath salts included!) and savor the local wine you just discovered. Near the whirlpool tub, in the separate sitting room, is another armchair, a day bed/trundle combination bed, and an electric fireplace. A separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and a wall heater completes the suite.
This room will accommodate four persons comfortably. While the room rate is based upon double occupancy, an additional charge of $55 per person per night is charged after the first two persons.

Ivy Solace
 Ivy graces the room, enveloping a queen size 7 foot high antique carved headboard and seating area with comfortable armchairs and a small table. A Vermont Castings gas fireplace warms you as you sit at the antique vanity to dress for the day. In the evening, you and your partner may unwind in the whirlpool bathtub as you sip your beverages under the romantic chandelier. The extra-large bathroom also includes a walk-in shower and a wall mounted heater to keep you comfortable while relaxing in the tub.

Lillians Loft
 Experience the romance of Lillian's Loft, a sanctuary decorated in blue and white. There you will find a heart-like shaped whirlpool bathtub across from the plush king size bed. After enjoying the whirlpool tub under the crystal chandelier, bask in the warmth of the Vermont Casting gas fireplace as you snuggle up on the love seat. To plan your excursions, sit in the alcove at the writing desk with your morning coffee. This room also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a wall mounted heater for your personal comfort.

Henrys Haven
 Henry's Haven is a well-appointed retreat. An antique iron plush king size bed allows you to lounge on the bed and warm yourself near the charming romantic electric fireplace. Curl up in the armchair with a good book or watch your favorite movie in bed. The room has an extra-large closet and a private bath with a tub/shower combination and wall mounted heater for your personal comfort.

The Rose Garden
 Sleep in a room wrapped in roses, on a queen size brass bed, and dream of romantic gardens. When you awake, prepare for your day at the white wicker vanity, or sit in the armchair next to the electric fireplace and delight in the essence of summer. A private large bathroom with a large walk-in shower and wall mounted heater for your personal comfort completes the scene.
