Description

Circa 1850. The Primrose is an adorable country Victorian painted in shades of rose with gingerbread trim. The grounds are dotted with gardens, and a view of historic properties can be seen from all directions. The interior is decorated in country Victorian style, featuring five cozy guest rooms, each one individually decorated. The rates include both afternoon refreshments, as well as breakfast entrees such as baked oatmeal, stuffed French toast or a unique blueberry lasagna. Cape May is the oldest seaside resort in the U.S.A. and boasts over 600 Victorian homes. The main attractions, other than the homes, are the ocean, fine dining and antiquing.
