Circa 1734. With Colonial Federal design and generous hospitality this 1734 house is Beaufort's oldest running bed and breakfast. Relax on either of the two-story porches with hammocks and rockers. Sit by the fire in the sitting room with polished heartpine flooring. An 1800s Estey organ highlights the parlor. Each first-floor guest bedroom reflects the traditional ambiance of the inn with antique furnishings and decor. Hallmark candlelight breakfasts are served at the huge dining room table on the second floor. Two courses, fresh fruit and yogurt and a house specialty alongside delectable accompaniments are sure to please. Personal preferences and dietary restrictions are gladly accommodated.
