Description
Circa 1855. This handsome, three-story brick antebellum mansion is situated on a four-acre knoll of Reynolds Mountain. Rescued from near ruin by innkeepers Fred and Helen Faber, the home has been restored to its former glory as a gracious Southern manor. Each of the guest quarters reflects a different style from early American to Oriental. Guests can enjoy mountain views from their own room, by a wood-burning fireplace or on a rocking chair on the inn's wraparound porch. The mansion offers use of a swimming pool set among pine trees.Publicity and Awards: Greensboro News & Record, Blue Ridge Country.Location: City/Urban and Mountains.
