Policies
Minimum Stay Requirements: 2 night minimum on weekends. Three night minimum for Dartmouth Graduation. Cancellation: *14 days prior to stay for refund. All cancellations have a $25 bookkeeping charge.
*30 day cancellation for Wedding & Room Blocks, as well as Peak Weekends.
**Dartmouth Graduation has a 10% cancellation fee, non-refundable after January of Graduating year. Pets: Pets Allowed, We welcome well-behaved pets. Although we love pets, as a courtesy to our other guests we do not allow them in the main part of our building. We have three pet-friendly rooms with quick access to the back lawns. Please call for reservations for you and your pet.
