Policies

Cancellation: Reservations require a deposit to be secured. One night or one-half of a multi night visit's charges will be taken as a deposit the day you make your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation dates, we must receive 15 days notice by telephone prior to arrival for a refund of your deposit, less $30.00 administrative/credit card service charges. If any full or partial cancellation or change of dates is made within 15 days, regardless of reason, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation, unless we can re-book your room. You are, of course, welcome to transfer your reservation to a friend or family member.
