Reviews

“Great coffee! Love that apple walnut bread. Thank you for making this home.”

“I have been fortunate to be able to visit here twice and have loved both times. The rooms are decorated as one would think a New England home should be. The Inn is located in easy walking distance to the shore and shops. John is a gracious host and Tobey makes the best scones I have ever eaten. I can't wait to go back.”

“what a lovely break from the usual touring grind... as tour manager for the manhattan transfer, i'm no stranger to staying in hotels. usually big name chain hotels, hiltons, marriotts, etc... this weekend we played the rockport music hall and had the great fortune to be put up at the lovely linden tree inn. the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and treated to perhaps the most delicious, fresh, warm blueberry scones i've ever had... after the performances, we returned to the inn to enjoy a beautiful glass of wine under the linden tree. crawled into bed and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet night of rest. felt like home. which, after weeks and week on the road - feels amazing! thank you tobey and john! hope to come back one day! =)”
