“I want to say that part of what makes Cape Cod special for us is the inn. It embodies much of what is wonderful at the Cape. By Sunday, I was completely rested, relaxed, renewed and restored.”

“Simmons Homestead Inn was a great place to stay! First of all, the location can't be beat. It's right in the middle of everything you could possibly want to see on the cape! Plus, it's just a min drive from the beach. We used the bikes there and rode around till dark! The Inn itself is very charming and eclectic! Our room was very comfy and had everything we needed! Bill, the inn keeper, was a doll. Very informative and extremely friendly! If you're a cat person then you will love the friendly cats that roam around the grounds. If you're allergic, don't worry, bill doesn't let them in! The entire staff is great too! Everyone is so welcoming! Breakfast was very enjoyable as well. You definitely have to go... we already have our next trip to the Inn planned! PS. Bill's car collection is a must see! Amazing!!”

“We have stayed at Simmons Homestead Inn on our way to Nantucket every year for the last 13 years. About 3 years ago we started staying there on our way back as well. Lots of space (indoors and out); clean rooms; great hospitality. Location can't be beat. We always travel with two golden retrievers and they are always treated like old friends. Can't imagine our vacation without Simmons Homestead Inn, Bill Putman and his breakfasts!”
