“From the moment we walked in the front door of the Alexander Mansion we felt as though we'd been transported back in time to a gentler and more gracious way of living. The decor throughout the mansion has been lovingly researched and restored to its original glory. The window dressings in each room are in themselves a work of art. The antique Victorian furnishings and accessories are exquisite, and yet the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming throughout the mansion. Breakfast each morning was a gourmet delight. The wine and cheese hour each evening and the bedtime cordial, chocolates and turndown service made us feel very pampered. The service throughout our 3 day stay was impeccable.”
