It has been family-owned and operated since 1667, now in its twelfth generation of innkeepers. The smoke-free inn offers Oceanview and Terraceview guest bedrooms with a private patio or deck. Spacious seaside and riverfront cottages with one to four bedrooms are fully equipped with heat and kitchen facilities. Most have decks and two boast gas fireplaces. The two-bedroom Dunes Beach House is also available. A generous continental breakfast is provided in the 1850 Boathouse Room. Adults enjoy the lighted shuffleboard and manicured croquet court, while a playground and sandbox are inviting activities for children.
