Description

Circa 1888. With the Rocky Mountains as a backdrop and complete with a two-story turret and sweeping veranda, this inn reminds guests of a picture-perfect Victorian country home. Tucked away in the turret is where Louis XV furniture graces the sitting area. The room is given a French country garden feel with its sleeping alcove with lavender walls, violet floral wallpaper, curtains, bed cover and orchid carpet. Mark, the Innkeeper, is kind and caring and anticipates guests needs before they arise. Set in a country setting, the inn is large, comfortable and very well appointed. The small town of Berthoud has wonderful views of the front range of the Rocky Mountains. My business was in Ft. Collins to the north and Longmont to the south, so Berthoud seemed the perfect choice.
