“The staff knows where to go. You tell them what you want or like and they have the place. They sent us to some very nice wine tasting places. Even matched our tastes with the right place. We were treated like family overall very wonderful place to stay. We will return again. Thank you Beazley staff.

“We had one of the nicest weekends in a long time at the Beazley House. Comfortable and welcoming, but also lots of elegant style to make is a special place. The Beazleys and staff are the best hosts -- right there when you need them but not "in the way." Wonderful location for wandering around Napa, down to the river, etc. Can't wait to got back!”
— M Brandson
“We had a terrific time at the Beazly House. The owners and the entire staff are wonderfully accomodating.
It's a little bit noisy just because it is in downtown Napa. But at the same time, it's right near all the great local restaurants.
The breakfasts were all extraordinary and they do everything they can to make wine tasting in the Valley a superb experience.”
— Jim L
“Beazley House was exactly what I was looking for! Extremely comfortable and an extra bonus that we could bring our yellow lab with us! The room and entire property was quite charming, very clean and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and we loved enjoying some relaxing time in the spacious and beautiful backyard.”
— Kim Pinsker
“We stayed for three days and were happy from the first moment on. We received good and helpful information on the region and the different vineyards. The rooms are very clean and cozy, each decorated differently. The supplementary vine tasting on Friday was a very positive approach to customer satisfaction.
We would recommend this house to anybody.
Regards
Christine and Rolf”

“Beazley House
Our First B&B Ever
Our first experience in a B & B was AWESOME!! Everything was great from the staff...Veronica and Mary so helpful. Jim, Carol, and of course Cici, thank you for the hospitality. The room and garden was soooo romantic and peaceful. The location was just close to everything! The breakfast every morning was to "DIE" for!!! I wish I had the receipe for those yummy eggs with feta and sundried tomatos! But I'm happy that I received the receipe for the chocolate chip cookies!! Thank you Carol!! And lastly, Jim, sorry that we made a mess in your living room trying to put our bikes together!!! Can't wait to come back!!! Chris B.”
— Chris B.

“Jim, Carol, and the entire staff are gracious and attentive to your every need. The Inn, rooms, and grounds are warm, spacious, and well tended. For a romantic getaway, or just a little R&R you can't go wrong. The gourmet breakfasts are to die for, and the dinner recommendations were the best! Having done a lot of traveling, this Inn ranks at the top.”

“Beautiful premises with the elegance of days gone by with the benefits of the present. Comfortable bed, wonderful, thoughtful, friendly staff. What a perfect place to spend some time. Any age. Great food. There are not enough positive words to describe this treasure.”

“My wife and I recently stayed at the Beazley House in Napa,Calif. This wasn't our first time there -- in fact, we think it's about the nicest place to stay in the entire East Bay area, and only wish we could arrange to visit more often from our home near Seattle. But even if we'd never heard of the Beazley House before, I doubt we could miss it while driving around the corner from downtown and heading down First Street where this beautifully maintained, lushly landscaped B&B greets you from its corner and practically lures you in. Jim and Carol and their thoughtful, outstanding staff combine to create a memorable experience for every visitor. From the freshly baked cookies always on offer in the main parlor to the popular wine tastings in the gently shaded and comfortably adorned garden, to the impeccably decorated rooms, including hot tubs in the cottages, this is a dream-like experience for any traveler.”
— John Huether
“I was in Napa Valley on business (not the wine industry) and decided to follow a friend’s advise and try the Beazley House. I don’t get up there very frequently but found my first experience quite nice. But it will not be my last I found the Inn to be very comfortable and the proprietors very good hosts.
I give them a 5 Star!
ps And Breakfast was outstanding.”
— Pat Banakis
“Service: The staff was wonderful - outgoing, friendly, eager to please, and helpful.
Accommodations: We stayed in the West Loft - it was gorgeous, romantic, quiet. The house and common area were lovely and most of the time it seemed we had the entire place to ourselves - but did enjoy meeting guests at the wine tasting in the evenings. The gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing out there after a long day of wine tasting.
Amenities/dining: the most comfortable bed and sheets I can remember experiencing. Fabulous large Jacuzzi in the room and more than adequate living, sleeping, and bathroom space. Decor was gorgeous. Breakfast each morning was awesome, far beyond expectations and the dining area was wonderful.
I am already looking forward to going back!”
— Michele Sheets

“Our visit to the Beazley House was a delightful escape to the Napa Wine Country. The hosts, Carol and Jim, were exceptionally warm and gracious. We were pleasantly surprised when our accommodations turned out to be a very spacious room with a corner fireplace. The large, historic house is warm, comfortable and beautifully appointed with antiques. The breakfasts were exceptional. The hosts provided knowledgeable recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to enjoy.”
— Chuck Smith
“I grew up in Napa and am intimately familiar with most of the accommodations in the area. Without exception, the Beazley House is at the top of my list. Their attention to detail, warm welcome and impeccable rooms are sure to make any stay in Napa a very fond and memorable one. My husband and I stayed in the West Loft which has an 18 foot vaulted ceiling and was furnished with a giant whirlpool tub, gas fireplace, king size bed with dreamy-soft sheets and ample sitting area. Accommodations like this made it difficult to want to leave the room, but Jim and Carol Beazley (the owners and operators of the Beazley House) helped us to secure several very special wine-tasting outings and guided us to a few of the most remarkable restaurants I have ever dined at. Each morning, we were greeted with a delicious home-cooked breakfast to start our day. Having stayed at many of the nice places in Napa, the Beazley House is second to none and there is no place I’d rather stay!”
— Bob Starr
“We had a marvelous outing in January at the Beazley House. What we particularly enjoy is the restful environment. While the inn is lovely and the breakfasts are fabulous, the atmosphere is relaxed without being too informal. It truly feels like being at home with wonderful service and no chores! Along with the downtown Napa location (which is alive with all kinds of great attractions), it makes for the best vacation spot!”
— Casey & Margaret Brandson
“I took my Girlfriend here for Valentines day and we had a great time. The rooms were very spacious, the in room hot tub was awesome, and the service was fantastic.
It was definitely an older crowd, but we (22 years old) still had a good time. It was very quiet and layed back which was what I was looking for.
I would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to Napa for the weekend.”
— stephen silveira
“The Beazley House surpassed all of my expectations from the minute I arrived. First, I found myself upgraded to a lovely new room, even better than the one I'd booked. It was in an especially quiet corner of the house, which was a special boon as I'd come for a couple of days of peace and quiet. The innkeepers quickly realized I was looking for a little time for myself (I was expecting our third, with two little ones at home!) and managed to meet all of my needs but leave me with plenty of privacy. They gave me perfect recommendations for dining in town and I was able to walk to dinner after pampering treatments in the little day spa across the street from the Beazley House. I will come back here with my sweetie! and will definitely encourage all of my friends to stay with the Beazleys if they are ever in the area.”
— Mary Robinson
“Waking up in a cozy cottage with a warm skylight and a garden just outside our window was what the doctor ordered. The meals were excellent and the innkeeper was kind and welcoming. We were within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and downtown.
The setting was very romantic and the in-room jacuzzi and fireplace was a great way to relax at the end of the day.”
— Fred M
“Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were fantastic! Great experience.”
— Rick Hird
“We had a wonderful relaxing experience. These folks run a 5 star B&B”
— Bob Sanderson
“You have to come here and stay that is all there is to it. The accomendations are over the top wait til your head hits the sheets they are the best ever. The food is out of this world. The special cake is something I can not even say how good it is. There just are no words that can say enough. The cookies are the best I have ever had. The wine tasting and the special treats served with it were all very good and everything is homemade that is my great thing about this B&B its all made from scratch. Jim and Carol are the best so nice and have so much information for you on where to go how to get there and making reservations for you. They made reservations for us at Cole Chp House and both my husband and I said it was the best dinner we had ever had we are not young. This is the best B&B it all is there wrapped up waiting just for you to unfold each and every wonderful esperience and believe me there are many to unfold. The gardens are so romantic and full of wonderful smells from the flowers. The swing in the big tree is a perfect touch and fun to sit on.”
— Marlene Foster
“Great old home in traditional B&B style. Location is convenient to visit the entire Napa valley area. Jim, Carol, and their staff are very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the area, especially basing their recommendations on the things you are interested in seeing and doing. The garden area in back is beautiful.”
— mark bonner
“We recently stayed at the Beazley House to celebrate my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. Even before we arrived, Jim, Carol, and staff were responsive to any requests. When we arrived, our innkeeper, Harry, was welcoming and helpful. The house is impeccable and charming. The Wedgewood room was cozy, spacious, and clean. We had a lovely view of the garden. The breakfasts each morning were gourmet and delicious. The perfect start to the day. The Beazley Blend coffee was outstanding! I wanted to take some home! The location of Beazley is right on First, so we were within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and we had easy access to the freeway to get to Napa and Sonoma wineries. After a day of wine tasting, we enjoyed the amazing chocolate chip cookies and glass of sherry. What a wonderful place to stay!”
— Julie Seal
“The Beazley house is far and away the most perfect place for all travelers-great hospitality, scrumptious food, georgeous grounds. Jim and Carol go out of their way to make you feel at home-as part of the family. We've stayed in other Napa Valley hotels and nothing compares. The room feels as if it has been prepared just for you and the sheets are spectacular. Simply the BEST!”
— Melissa Beattie
“I loved my visit to the Beazley House. I was just driving through Napa and saw this beautiful well preserved stately historic house, and to my surprise it was a bed and breakfast. I stopped, went to the door, and was meet by the innkeeper, Harry Orange, who instantly made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I walked in the house and just started to relax. The master bedroom I stayed in was better then many of the suites I have stayed at in up-scale hotels. But, in addition to my room, I loved the library and sitting room down stairs, with the brandy decanter (filled with brandy) and the cookie jar filled with the awesome special Beazley House home cooked chocolate chip cookies - I enjoyed a little of both. I sat in their shady backyard with lots of beautiful trees, plants, and flowers; and read for several hours because it was so relaxing and peaceful. I was there on the 4th of July, so at 9:00 pm I just walked down the street to the bridge over the river and watched the fireworks - so much fun. Then when I awoke I went downstairs and met the owners Jim and Carol Beazley, who were making a fantastic full course breakfast. But in addition to the great food they cooked, the were so kind and enjoyable to talk to. I loved my two night stay at the Beazley house and I will be sure to stay there any time I am in the area. It truly was a breath of fresh air for me.”
— Terry Strom
“My wife, baby girl and I enjoyed our anniversary at the Beazley House very much. The staff were all very helpful providing excellent dining recommendations and the location very perfect. The house is beautiful and we spent many hours discovering the garden in the back. Well worth the visit.”
— Sean Tucker
“The people (in particular Jim & Carol who personally serve you breakfast) and the place make the perfect combination. I give everyone the strongest possible recommendation. My wife and I had a great time and will never forget it.”
— Raul G
“My wife and I wanted to get away for the Memorial Day weekend. It was perfect from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The B & B staff helped us with dinner and winery reservations, all of which were excellent. The room was fantastic, quiet, comfortable; the house is beautiful and brunch was scrumptious every day. Located walking distance from downtown Napa was wonderful. On our last day we hung around talking with the hosts and guests because we didn't want to leave. We're counting the days until our next visit!”
— David B
“The Beazley house was a fantastic find! They were so welcoming as soon as we walked though the door. They provided wonderful hospitality, the room was so cozy with a great jacuzzi tub and the gardens in back were beautiful. I would definitely want to stay here again in the future. Delicious chocolate chip cookies daily!”
— Jenny Wiberg
“I can't say enough good about the people, location, food and condition of this property. My only mistake is that I only booked it for one night! We stayed in the garden room which was a well equiped room with a jacuzzi for two and a private courtyard garden. The room itself...couldn't figure out how to work the fireplace but i'm sure if I asked it would have been sorted in a heartbeat. the private garden was lovely and was a great spot to unwind or start the day. the property has a fabulous a fabulous garden, the staff both knowledgable and delightful and knew what we wanted more than we did! being there for only one night, we weren't sure how to spend our time but the Beazley's sorted us out and we weren't disappointed! i wish i had more time there...”
— traci burkitt
“My husband and I had an amazing stay at The Beazley House to celebrate 10 years of marriage. Jim and Carol Beazley did everything to make our stay perfect, from making all our reservations, to recommending wineries, to nightly wine tastings and delicious breakfasts. Without a doubt, we will make The Beazley House part of our return trip to Napa.”
— Colette Wolfsmith
“We have visited for the 2nd time and again found it delightful!! Carol and Jim are lovely as are their staff. Veronica made sure we were well taken care of and the cleanliness of the house just is awesome! Awesome staff, as I said!
We will visit again one day....:-)
We stayed in the 'Snug' and though it was small...it did not disappoint!!”
— Catherine B
“I know they call California the "Golden State," but the hills look pretty brown to me in the summer. Winter rains have turned the Napa Valley green and my wife and I had a great weekend in January. Highlights were shirtsleeve or light jacket weather that saw us hiking in nearby redwoods, visiting a couple of tasting rooms, enjoying blue skies, green fields, and, of course, our stay at the Beazley House. It is our "home away from home" for several years, and there is everything to like this time of year. Few crowds, although the popular wineries stay busy. Hosts Jim and Carol Beazley know the area better than anyone and make sure you have a wonderful time. They help with suggestions, directions, reservations, everything you need to make your trip perfect. The Beazley House gets full marks from me, and you should give it a try, on-season or off-season.”
— Fred and Terry Hinners
“This is it once you have stayed here you will not need to look any further.
This is the best and I mean the best ever B&B. Carol and Jim and their new dog Pumkin make your stay one to always remember and want to start planning for your next visit before you get out the door. Food is excellent. The homemade chocolate chip cookies are to die for.
The feeling of comfort when you walk in is unbelievable its like your own home.
The Inn Keepers are the best always pleasant and have plenty of information for you on what to do and where to eat and how to get to all of the things you want to see. If you let them know in advance all kinds of things can be waiting for you in your room when you arrive such as flowers, chocolate cake, candy, wine etc. The prices for the extra's are very reasonable for the services they have. Massages in your own room and so many wonderful things you never would have to leave the B&B if you did not want to.”
— Marlene Foster
“My wife & I stayed at the Beazley house on a recent trip to Napa. The inn keepers were very nice and the breakfast they served was awesome. We stayed in the main house upstairs in the room called 'The Master' which was very nice and roomy and had its own gas fire place.
The sheets they have on the beds are amazing, which they actually have for sale. We liked them so much we bought a set for ourselves. We would highly recommend this B & B to anyone.”
— Kim Nelson
“We had booked a trip on the Wine Train and wanted to spend the night in Napa after the ride. The Beazley House was a wonderful find. A two night stay is usually required by other places, but was delighted to see that a one night stay (Saturday) was acceptable. It was a "gem" of a find. Took you back in time, which we loved. The breakfast was appealing and the "extras" in the house were wonderful. Everything you needed was there for you. Our room was clean, comfortable and charming! Don't miss this treat for yourself.”
— Diane Mack
“For our retirement our kids gave us 2 nights at The Beazley house so we'd "get away, relax, recoup" after 41 years of teaching. They made the perfect choice: though in the perfect location to walk anywhere downtown, our room was quiet, peaceful and charming; Jim and Carol and their staff were warm and friendly; the food (breakfast granola to die for!), wine, sherry and home made cookies perfect touches. We are definitely going to return!”
— Mark Hornor
“Our children sent us to Napa to celebrate their father's 70th birthday. Since we did not make the reservation, we knew nothing about Jim and Carol's fabulous retreat, in the heart of Napa! We found out! From the freshly baked Chocolate Chip cookies, to evening wine tastings, to the perfectly appointed rooms, the charm of the Beazley House and their staff is to be highly commended and RECOMMENDED!!!”
— Gil & Marjorie Barragan
“My husband and I spent 2 great nights at the Beazley House in Napa, Calif. last week. Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction was superb!
We enjoyed the ticket to the wine tasting at Alpha & Omega Winery and the dinner reservations for the previous night. People were in Napa to celebrate the fall harvest and we even had great weather and sunshine.
The Best!”
— Cathie Clinch
“Our two-day stay with our 14 year old Springer Spaniel was fantastic. Everyone was welcoming and helpful from tips for eateries to dog-friendly wineries. Our room was sumptuous, clean, and had immediate access to the lovely quandrangle yard (with fun dog paths). The breakfasts are to die for! Put away any plans for dieting. We'll be returning for another stay as soon as our work schedule allows and I'm definitely telling friends who travel with their dogs about this B&B.”
— Judith Mennemeier
“We just spent our 10th visit to the Beazley House in Napa. We first visited there in 2002 for our 25th anniversary and have going back every year since. They have the most comfortable rooms, in the mansion or the carriage house, the GREATEST breakfasts, the GREATEST staff and service and many other bennies. I would recommend it without reservation (reservations, though)”
— Larry Wood
“Excellent service. Clean and well kept with early 1900's feel, and has updated conveniences. Good breakfast. Stayed in room with Jacuzzi- very spacious and comfortable. Wonderful rapport with other guests. Dec 2011.”
— Bruce Kaufman
“The Beazley House is a beautiful B & B in Napa. Walking distance to everything downtown. The owners, Jim & Carol, are the perfect hosts! We stayed in the East Loft in the back Carriage House while our friends stayed in the West Loft. Perfect for two couples traveling together.
Breakfast each morning was amazing! Wine and appetizers both Friday and Saturday evenings, with local wineries coming in to pour their wonderful wines.
The entire staff is top rate. Comfy beds with sheets so soft that I had to buy a set!
We will definitely be back and have no need to EVER go anywhere else in Napa!”
— Kathy Schlief
“Our 2 night stay at the Beazley House was a gift from our daughters to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Our first experience at a Bed and Breakfast was beyond wonderful! The moment we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by our innkeeper. She checked us in and showed us to our room. We were lucky enough to stay in newly decorated Enchanted Rose Room. It was spacious with a cozy king size bed and double jetted tub. The room also had a microwave, coffemaker, mini fridge and sink. But our favorite ammenity was the fireplace...so romantic. We also had a beautiful view of the garden courtyard. The breakfast's served in the Mansion were incredible and we enjoyed the evening wine/cheese hour, both included in our stay. Most of all, we enjoyed meeting and visiting with the other guests. Our innkeeper was very accommodating and made our dinner reservations each evening. Looking forward to our next visit at the Beazley House”
— Donna Bandoni
“I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Napa. It is what a B&B experience in Napa is all about.
I come every year, and look forward to my stay as much as the fun wineries and restaurants in the area. They create itineraries for us that never disappoint, and always create a new experience.
Highly recommended, and the best B&B I have ever stayed in.”
— Jaime Gracia
“My husband and I loved the comfortable atmosphere and everyone was very welcoming (even the doggies). We took our time picking out a B&B to make sure it was going to be perfect since we would be there for 7 days and we picked a good one. We loved the bed, the room and the breakfasts. Location was excellent since we would walk everywhere, tasting rooms, Wine Train & some fantastic restaurants.”
— Kelly Voitik
“Loved the Beasley House, beautiful clean, wonderful gardens, close to down town restaurants, spectacular linens (a must experience), great staff especially Veronica. Jim and Carol cooked and hosted an exceptional breakfast and the homemade cookies are out for you to enjoy anytime with a bit of Sherry if you'd like. The wine and cheese social introduced us to two interesting fun couples and the atmosphere of the home was instrumental in helping us relax and enjoy these new friends.”
— Reyna DePrater
“
My husband and another couple stayed during the Labor Day weekend. Our first thoughts when we pulled up were "WOW, this is EXACTLY like the pictures." From there, we can not say enough good things. Service, food, availability, helpfulness....all TOP NOTCH! We
Felt like we were at home. They were very accommodating to our late arrivals with envelopes, cookies, instructions and even our early departure for our tours...they started breakfast early for us. I would WITHOUT hesitation give this my highest recommendation! Thank you for making our stay AMAZING! Oh, and since we have been writing our reviews, we realized we left an IPad, bottles of wine, and who knows what else we will discover....they looked IMMEDIATELY and shipped out next day. This kind of service is very hard to find these days, and we are so lucky to have found the Beazley's!”
— Diana Christie
“Highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast. The staff and Beazley family are laid back and so friendly. The East Loft is amazing, loved the tub, fireplace and our in room couples massage with delicious breakfast delivered to our room!”
— Cassie Morrison
“True inn feeling and excellent customer service. Sonja, our inn-keeper, was very nice and helpful. The location of the house is in a quiet area 10-minute walking distance from nice restaurants and tasting rooms in Downtown Napa.”
— Voicu Pop
“Friendly innkeepers, cozy rooms, delicious breakfasts, beautiful property, and finally -- a B & B that not only offers a flat screen TV in your room, but a gazillion channels to watch!!!”
— Vera K.
“We stayed at the Beazley House for our first trip to explore wine country, and it was an excellent choice. They are one of the few B & Bs in the area that have king-sized beds, and the property is maintained in excellent condition.
Our room with the West Loft in the renovated carriage house on the property, and it was a great room - high raftered ceiling, whirlpool bath, and a gas fireplace/heater. Very nice to come back to at the end of the day.
We mainly interacted with Veronica in the main house when she was serving up delicious breakfasts. All of the staff we met were friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs - for example, we decided we needed to buy wine luggage for transporting our finds back home, and Beazley House had the luggage available for sale right there - no need for us to hunt for the item in Napa.
If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Napa, this is it!”
— William Stefanov
“Awesome place! We only had time to stay one evening but we do plan on going again! The rooms are so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Mr and Mrs Beazley are super helpful and so friendly! The cookies and breakfast are delicious! The garden is so inviting, just love this place!!”
— tina phillips
“We were delightfully shocked when we reached our destination. Che' welcomed us and provided a thorough walk-through. The wine tasting directed by TJ of Hagafen Cellars was incredible with the owners Carol & Jim joining their guests. Carol set us up with the perfect dinner reservations within a short stroll from the House. The evening was capped enjoying the swing in the garden. In the morning we enjoyed an incredible homemade breakfast spread fit for a king (& queen) and were provided a personal guide for our day in the wine country. A stay at the Beazley House is a must if you are visiting Napa.”
— Brad Whitney
“Beautiful old Victorian mansion appointed nicely, great inn keepers, very attentive and friendly, really seem to enjoy their business. Beautifully landscaped and cared for property and if you're a dog lover (don't need to be), they will let you meet and play with Bubba and Pumpkin, if you miss your own pets back home. You'll be sure to get one great and custom breakfast to start the day. Overall, I'd rate this B&B a keeper in the list...George B & Pam D”
— George Baloga

“My husband and i stayed at the Beazley House during our vacation in California to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. It was recommended to me my a friend who previously stayed there. We had a wonderful experience. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The house and grounds are charming! The location is great - easy walking distance in to town. The innkeepers were very helpful in recommending wineries to visit and restaurants to eat at. The breakfasts were amazing! I had a second bowl of homemade granola on our last day there just because I knew I wasn't going to be eating it again.”
— Alice O'Connor
“I brought my boyfriend here for a surprise birthday weekend in Napa. We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and the overall ambience of the Inn. It is within walking distance to downtown Napa providing many fine dining choices. The staff was attentive without being obtrusive, and provided many ideas for day excursions. The breakfasts were delicious, and the evening wine tasting was a relaxing treat after a long day of exploration.”

“Lovely B&B! We stayed here for part of our honeymoon in mid-Oct. The property is so beautiful, with lots of colorful flowers and a fenced-in backyard where you can swing or sit with lunch, wine. There's also a rainbow flag out front which was surprising yet inviting for us as a lesbian couple (there's a story behind it but we forgot to ask again)! They have daily wine hour/socials in the parlor, and the Beazley's themselves attend at times which shows they really take heart in the B&B and guests. Breakfast was fresh, hot, delicious, with just enough creativity added to traditional dishes. And oh my, those blueberry muffins, and the cookies in the parlor (a Beazley family recipe)! The rooms are quaint, romantically decorated. Love the fireplaces, armchairs, ZILLION count sheets, robes. We stayed in the main house/mansion, which was nice, but would recommend the more private carriage house rooms out back. We definitely recommend The Beazley House for a couple looking for a more vintage-inspired, social B&B.”

“On a quick stay in Napa we reached out to the good folks at The Beazley House and they were able to work us in on short notice. The room was beautifully appointed, comfortable and silent. We were so impressed with the silence of the East Loft. We slept beautifully and thoroughly enjoyed the room service breakfast. So lovely and delicious. The room was perfect, the bed beyond comfortable the massive bathroom private - but the icing on the cake was the love and care they took to make our pup at home. Dog bowls, waste bags, treats and a list of where to visit throughout the valley with your pup. Absolutely perfect. I likely won't stay anywhere else again. It's now my official Napa home away from home. So clean, so comfortable, so much care taken from wine tasting to cookies to coffee...thank you. The best sleep I've had in months.”

“Staff was very accommodating, responsive, and pleasant. The Beazley House is located just a minute's walk from downtown, where you can easily catch a couple (or more) tasting rooms before heading to dinner.
The staff was very helpful in setting up reservations and providing tour/tasting/entertainment recommendations. They also had several options re: drivers so that you can enjoy the wineries without worrying about transportation. They are also happy to pack you a brown-bag breakfast if you have an early start.
Highly recommend. Fair price, excellent service, excellent location.”

“We stayed two nights in the Master. It is a nice size room, with its own bathroom, a comfortable bed and a cozy gas fireplace. Carol and Jim are excellent hosts and their staff is very friendly and helpful. Wine and cheese time before dinner was a great chance to meet other guests and share traveling experiences. Breakfast both days were delicious and plentiful. They will cater to specific tastes if you ask!!”

“This is a Great B and B! Jim and Carol Beazley are excellent Inn owners. The Inn Keepers and grounds are perfect for this property. Their experience was very evident as is the history of the property. We stayed in the Blossom View room. They were very accommodating to include a room change to the Carriage house because of a broken ankle. The room was very comfortable and included a very comfortable bed, deluxe sheets and robes, jetted tub and fireplace. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food was Delicious with some unique recipes. We enjoyed meeting other guests at breakfast. The service by the Beazley's and their staff was great and the stay could not have been better. I highly recommend.
Just a FYI-Jim and Carol Beasley "hosted" 4 military couples on Veterans day. We were one of those couples and I extend a genuine THANK YOU to them!”

“This is a lovely, graceful mansion with a delightful staff and delicious, thoughtful food. They offer many charming amenities and create a quiet, relaxing and
decidedly romantic atmosphere. Our stay in the West Loft Room was most pleasant and,we were delighted with the inns proximity to central old Napa and its many, restaurants.

“I enjoyed my stay very much. The grounds are beautiful. The ambiance is warm and lovely. The room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable. My daughter wanted to get some similar sheets. They were silky soft. The staff is very friendly and the cookies were delicious. I had no objections except that I had to leave at the end! I recommend The Beazley House wholeheartedly!!!”

“We just got back to town after an amazing weekend in Napa, and we couldn't have experienced a better accommodation for our trip than the Beazely House. What a wonderful part of our weekend experience! We were greeted by their host, Debbie, as she made sure from start to end of our stay to feel most welcomed as she catered to everything we needed to make our trip as great as it was! Debbie even made dinner reservation for us the first night. We definitely cannot say enough both for the home and its ground, its wonderful staff, our room and its location. You are literally less than a mile from downtown Napa and the walking distance to the city center only spices up your romantic mood and attitude.
We were also lucky enough to have a very warm and friendly group of guests during our stay. Met everyone who were staying there and it's very interesting to meet folks from different parts of the country/world and be able to share your respective day's activities..
The breakfast menu was wonderful all the way down to their homemade yogurt/granola - YUM! The backyard garden was screaming for you to enjoy and take pictures from. The nightly wine tasting hour was very enjoyable. My wife was a bit sad the day we left as she enjoyed her first B/B experience that would be hard to beat.”

“If you are looking for Ritz Carlton service with down home personalized charming service this is the place to be. Prior to arriving the Inn sent us an email offering to make reservations for us to restaurants wineries tours etc. we asked them to reserve a bike tour and a dinner. They did so immediately and responded via a very cheery email. Upon arriving, Debbie (one of the staff) told us that the weather for the bike day didn't look promising so offered to change the reservation to another day. That would also require changing the dinner reservation. This was just an example of their attention to detail. Check in was easy. Late afternoon the Inn has wine tasting with cheese crackers and fruits. All day there are cookies tea and the most delicious special blend coffee. Our room The Enchanted Rose was huge with a fireplace and jacuzzi. Beds are comfortable and the Inn provided bathrobes are cozy and comfy. The grounds all around the Inn are beautiful and a short walk to Napa's downtown. Breakfasts were HUGE and were customized for dietary requirements. Every morning was something different. Although the breakfasts are served from 9-10:30, Carol (the owner) provided us an early breakfast the day of our bike tour and also gave us a "goodie bag" with nuts, granola bars, and juice boxes. If you are looking to recharge your batteries and to enjoy a true get away, Beazley House is the place!”

“I highly recommend the Beazley House. My husband and I (and our dog) felt very pampered by the owners and staff. The house is clean and comfortable, the flower gardens are amazing and the location is very convenient if you plan to spend time in downtown Napa (a ten minute walk). Breakfast was delicious and it was a treat to be able to enjoy it outside in the garden area. We hope to return again in the future and stay longer.”
