“Stayed here for a romantic getaway and cannot say enough about the wonderful experience...from dining to service and overnight suite memories....the main house is beautiful and the grounds spectacular. The staff were most attentive from welcome to departure and INN-between....can't say enough about innkeepers and staff. The room we chose (Bamford) was amazing, with fireplace, separate private entrance to the most comfortable bed ever! Loved our dining experience and great choice of wine pairing. To have all these amenities in your guest room - Keurig coffee/tea maker; choice of wines and even an iPad with many complimentary app features was second to none as far as inn choices go. We can't wait to return and to tell of of our friends about this romantic getaway less than an hour from DC...wow!”
