Reviews

“We have been coming to this quaint inn in this lovely, friendly city for 15 years. The rooms have double whirlpools, pencil post beds with down comforters, gas fireplaces and lighting with dimmer controls, and a CD player. They offer breakfast in your room complete with china, silverware, glassware, linen napkins and delicious breakfast items to choose from. The evening social hour includes wine from the Cedar Creek Winery, assorted cheese and crackers and fruit. My husband says "It's like coming home".”

“Our first B&B experience was at Washington House Inn over 15 years ago. Ever since then we were hooked and have visited many others along the way, but always seem to return to this one. It has become our place to get away & reconnect. Its old world charm, friendly staff & owner keep us coming back. This historical building is well maintained & clean. The small town feel takes you away to another time, despite the fact that you are only minutes away from the big city and all it has to offer. The buffet breakfast served in the quaint breakfast room has something for everyone-from homemade bakery to a hot egg dish. The wine and cheese reception every night is also delightful. Many of the Cedar Creek wines they serve have become our favorites. Our favorite suite has two fireplaces as well as a double whirlpool in the upstairs loft. It has become our place to relax and unwind throughout the years. It's like coming home.”
