Great hostess, scrumptious (full) breakfast, very clean & well decorated rooms, within walking distance to the beach (2 short blocks) and also only 3 blocks to the village, and a Big Plus... it's priced right. “Pacific room is very nice - and Nancy, the proprieter is very friendly. The breakfast was excellent! The room needed a few touches - shampoo/conditioner - hair dryer - matches for the candles. Small things - but missed! would definitely stay there again. 1 Blk from nice beach, and 3 Blks frm downtown Carlsbad!”
