Circa 1886. The cobblestone courtyards, fountains, and lush gardens surrounding El Presidio are filled with an old-world Southwestern ambiance. The inn is comprised of a Victorian-Territorial adobe built around a traditional zaguan, or large central hall, plus separate suites in the former carriage house and gate house. Innkeeper Patti Toci conducted a 10-year, award-winning restoration of this inn. Rooms are immaculate, romantic and richly appointed.
