Reviews

“In our Blues way from Chicago to New Orleans, St. Louis was very special, mostly because of the two days we stayed in Lehmann House. The owner made us feel at home, and at the second day we were like old friends of her. The bedroom we stayed is large, warm and confortable. We breath culture in all rooms, with books, photos and music. Thanks for no TV, we had much to talk at the breakfast and at night. The breakfast, indeed, is superb and creative, every day a good surprise. The Lafayette Park, where the BB is built, is a calm and inspiring site, and also not far from downtown. Highly recommended. ”

“Wonderful mansion with great future ahead. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.”

“My friend and I booked this B&B on a recent trip to St.Louis. "WOW" was the first word that escaped my mouth as we approached to porch. We were amazed at the size of the mansion style house in front of us. Marie the innkeeper was especially friendly, and helped us with any questions we had about the area. We stayed in the World's Fair room on the second floor. The room was decorated with antiques and had a large fireplace to add to the nice atmosphere of the place. It had its own newly remodled bathroom. Downstairs had a giant living and dining room, and a quiet study. The breakfasts each morning were great, which Marie made with great care, and great recipes. Having stayed at other B&B's in the past, we were expecting just a nice place to stay, but this mansion was well beyond what we expected. The house is on one of the most beautiful streets we saw in the St.Louis area. We would recommend this B&B to anyone who asked, and would love to stay again if we ever pass through St.Louis! A+++ all the way!!!!”
